QUESTIONS PEOPLE USUALLY ASK

Where do you ship?

We ship freshly roasted beans from our Cluj roastery across Romania. If you are outside our usual shipping area, get in touch and we will let you know whether we can get beans to you.

How fresh are the beans when they arrive?

We roast in small batches and pack beans promptly after roasting, so they reach you within days of being roasted. Each bag carries a roast date so you can see exactly how fresh they are.

What is the difference between a single origin and a blend?

A single origin comes from one farm or region and shows the distinct character of that place. A blend combines beans from different origins to create a balanced, consistent cup. Both have their place — it depends on what you enjoy.

How do I book a tasting?

Send us a message through the contact page with what you are interested in and when works for you. We host guided cuppings at the roastery where you can taste several coffees and learn how we evaluate each lot.

Can I visit the roastery?

Yes, visits are welcome by appointment. Come see how we roast, smell what is on the bench, and taste what is fresh. Get in touch to arrange a time.

How should I store my beans?

Keep beans in a sealed bag or container, away from light, heat and moisture. We recommend buying what you will use within a few weeks and grinding just before brewing for the best flavor.
